Every longitude has a 4 min difference.

due to the different longitudes there is a time gap of 2 hrs.....as we know that 1°=4mins so by claculating the time difference becomes 2 hrs.Due to thus reason to maintain a constant time throughout the country the time along the standard meridian passing over mirzapur ,uttar pradesh is taken.....so now we can see a single time throughout the country......
