India is a developing country. It is not fully developed. therefore the mainly affected people are the people of backward classes who are economically backward( ST,SC,OBC etc.)
- There are many poor people living in India
- Due to lack of money they donot live in proper houses (ex - slum areas) which guve rise to unhygeine and spread of diseases.
- No proper nutrition intake as they donot get enough food.
- they donot have awareness about diseases or vaccines since they are uneducated.
