Sugarcane Production is less in the temperature lands because they are very sensitive to the climate soil type, irrigation , fertilizers, insects. Moreover, they require a lot of water for their growth so it need to be grown on a land where it can absorb maximum amount of water. Thus they only grow on the lands where temperature is favorably high.
