Why is there lesser heat at the of morning and evening as compared to noon?

There is lesser heat at the morning and evening as compared to noon because at morning and evening land breeze and sea breeze takes place. But at the time of noon both land sea gets heated up.

the lesser heat in the morning is because at mornings the sun is just rising
at noon the Sun is completely raised and will be on it's peak time and will give out more heat again in the evening the sun from its complete phase will become smaller and smaller
