The pressure is not low in polar region but it 's low in equatorial region. This is due to the sun rays directly falling on equator and the particulates present in this region become light in weight and reaches the top of atmosphere that is why the pressure in low. But in polar region as the air is denser and doesn't receive heat the particulates don't reah the atmosphere anfd due that has high pressure.

Asteria: I am talking about the Sub Polar low pressure belt.
Asteria: It has low pressure.
arshu1684: yes the air is warm in sub polar belt because of the particulates reaches the top of the atmosphere.
Asteria: Is it warm?
arshu1684: yes
