why is there no educational qualifications for the MLA and MP

Strictly my views. My Opinions. One may choose to completely disagree with these.
1. Educational Qualification is for those people who have a defined job profile. When a job is created, the definition consists  of, what is done in the job, how is some specific issue handled, what should be the minimum qualification of the person to occupy this position, so that the job doing becomes effective etc. Now what is the definition of the job of an elected representative? Where is it? I am not talking about duties, but, Job definition. Since there is no Job definition, there is no qualification description.

2. How many of us know that an elected representative needs to represent people and not party? People do not know it. Everyone thinks that they are voting for Modi. Actually, you neither vote for Modi (unless you are from Varanasi Parliamentary Constitution or Vadodara Constitution - where Modi contested and won and resigned), nor you vote for a party. You vote for a person, who should be help responsible for .. err... err.. (File Not Found) ... Well, that guy is not responsible for anything...!!!! Waaaaa :(     (.. tears on my face....). When we vote to people, some of them decide to form a majority alliance (usually from one party or group of parties in pre-poll alliance kind of setting) who in turn elect a (right?) candidate as a Prime Minister. Others, who do not join this group, decide to form an opposition who make these Govt running guys accountable for ... err... er... (Data Corruption)... They just oppose (for the heck of it...), because they do not know what else to do!! or, it is not defined... I mean, Opposition's job is not defined, too.
