Why is there no refraction when a ray is incident normal to a right angled prism?

according to Snell's law

sin angle of incidence / sine angle of refraction = constant for a particular medium of a particular refractive index

if sine angle of incidence =0 so there will be no angle for refraction therefor in that case refraction doesn't take place
