Due to low temperature, most part of the ground are all covered with thick layer of snow. The roots of plants are unable to reach the Soil for extraction of water and minerals. Hence, Vegetation is unavailable in Frigid Zone. During summer, Some part of snow melts (in rare condition), Which make the possibility of agricultural activities.
