why is thier the difference between sc caste and caste it is not equal why why it is like if One student from sc cast got 7 marks out of 10 then he will be passed in the test and the other student which is in another caste got 8 marks out of 10 he will not be passed and he will have to score 9 for passing why is this difference there I don't think this difference should be their what is your thought ?
