it is more useful becoz it is full of nutrients and humus. thats my answr am i right

The top soil,i.e,the top most layer of soil is the most useful because it is rich in humus content and other essential nutrients like nitrogen,phosphorous and some other minerals.And the most important it has a high water holding capacity.
