tropic rainforest is also called evergreen forest because this forest have good amount of rainfall due to which it is green in colour at whole year

Tropical rainforest occur in the areas which receive heavy rainfall.They are so
dense the sunlight does not reach the ground.Many species of trees are found in
these forests which shed their there leaves at different times of the year.
Therefore they always appear green and are are called evergreen forest.
