Underemployment is a situation where one is made to work less than his/her potential.Many of the people in India are underemployed; that is, if given proper job oppurtunities they ca work to their full potential and earn more. Therefore, when we see this problem in a wider scenario, many people in India are earning less thereby affecting the countrie's per capita income.
