Aspartame can be used in cold bodies or things as it's stable but At cooking temperature it becomes unstable

Aspartame is limited to drinks and food on a cold level only because of the temperature problem.
When we increase the temperature during then aspartame can be unstable.
Hence, it is not good for hot food or while cooking since it can show adverse effect whereas, on cold food, it won’t have any effect.
