There are factors which affect the vegetation of an area:
1. Soil type.
2. Temperature
3. Humidity
4. Annual precipitation

it's very simple. there are too many factors in which vegetation depends such as.
soil types
availability of water.
climatic condition.
availability of techniques becouse some region haven't new technology so they suffering from low vegetation rate.
