Why is virus not included in the category of microorganisms?

Because they do not have their own entity. They behave as living organism in the body of the host organism. Virus is microscopic too. Virus is inactive thing.

because when virus is out of the host body it acts like non living as then it reproduce .Cell wall,organelles are also absent .
