why is walking with high heels not comfortable?

Walking with high heels is uncomfortable, as it is not the ideal position of the feet while we walk. Wearing high heels causes a lift in the position of the heel, which leads to changes in the position of the muscles around the heel, which leads to imbalance, and hence it feels uncomfortable.
