the wall means myocardium muscular later of left ventricular is 3 time thicker than right ventricular layer

It is because right ventricular pump blood through out whole body that requires more pressure to prevent backflow of blood in left ventricular

and right ventricular pump blood to only lung which does not require more pressure

hence to provide such pressure that provides blood adequate to all body parts and prevent backflow of blood left ventricular layer myocardium is thicker than right ventricular
