All the cells and organs need water to function. Water serves as a lubricant. It makes up saliva and the fluids surrounding the joints. Water regulates the body temperature through perspiration.

it makes up a majority  of your body weight and is involved in many important functions including ,

1.  regulating body temperature

2. fusing out waste from your body

3. helping your brain function

4. it helps create saliva

5. it  protects your tissues , spinal  cord , and joints

6. it helps maximize physical performance

 7 .  prevents constipation

8. drinking  water may help replace or avoid unnecessary food calories found in snacks  .

11. improves blood oxygen circulation

12.  helps fight off illnes, and boost energy
