why is water transparent even it microorganisms ​

Water is still transparent even it have microorganisms as microorganisms are too small to be seen by naked eyes which does not affect th transparency of water.

Transparent water may not contain microorganisms at first but as it comes in contact with air which contains microorganisms,the microorganisms present in the air starts entering the clean water.
