Why is weak nuclea force non conservative?

Practically speaking, nuclear force is not a conservative force.
As conservation of force holds good at weak interaction but since nuclear force is extremely strong in nature and the interaction is in micro levels , at the level of quarks.
But theoretically it does obey conservation of force . take an example , say the equation of fission in nuclear power plant -
In the above reaction , when the uranium collides with a neutron a large amount of energy is created. Now the same, entire energy is given out in a different form which consists of barium and krypton along with 3 neutrons ( in the first case ) . This is because of the fact that uranium having mass number 92 is highly unstable, which in turn splits into 3. Now energy is directly propotional to force and hence nuclear force is conservative.

The weak force plays no role in the interaction of nucleons, though it is responsible for the decay of neutrons to protons and vice versa.
