Why is whole milk white in color ?

ITS SIMPLE

milk is a fat /water emulsion, the fatty part is composed from triglycerides, phospholipids, cholesterol, vitamin E and A, the surfactant of this emulsion is/are the milk proteins (mainly casein) , all emulsions are not clear, but turbid as creams and milk
