it's wrong to treat it with vinegar as vinegar is an acid and the sting of the bee is also acidic. So, if we treat it with vinegar, it will make it even more acidic. Hence, making it even worse.

Answer:

"The venom of bee sting is acidic in nature". And the vinegar has acetic acid in it. Thus, when the vinegar is put on the bee sting venom, it increases the pain.
