why is zone found in upper atmosphere and not on earth. Give reasions and also give use of ozone. Suggest methods to prevent ozone depletion and consequences if we don't care

Ozone stands as a barrier for the harmful uvi rays...... Just like a sunscreen....... To prevent ozone depletion use 5 star rated AC and not 3 star.... Ozone is found above the earth as it deflects the uvi rays some horizons before than if it would have been on earth
