why isnt it possible to write quadratic equation with any other letter other than α,β,or gamma etc,.. i mean y only the greek letters are to be used ?

As according to their history they think that they were the first to introduce any language to speak and communicate properly but so we use greek letters but reality is when they even don:t know to speak or pronounce , our Indian brahmins have been seen writing the upnishads and shastras...
