Why isotonic solution must have same depression in freezing and elevation in boiling point?

Pressure=conc.*R(Real gas constant)*temp. If the solutions have same osmotic pressure, and same temperature, they must have same conc.(molarity). Now molarity and molality differ when small qty. of solution is made(in large amounts and small concentration, these maybe same in case of water). As molality is different, the rise in boiling point and depression of boiling point is not same( change in temp.Kb/Kf*molality).
