Isro has its own networking system....
which can contact only around the earth.
and can sent datas from there.
For development of deep space networking, it would be too costly, which isro even can't worth.
And NASA has already developed such amazing technologies....from which we get informations.
Suppose to be that if isro has successfully make this technology....then would it launch this because it requires much technical application which not even found or made in India....For making such advance system it requires extra intelligence or robotic appliances.......Which can't made in india.
Other space agencies will not support.....in taking such strong decision.
hope you understood
Thanks

yep! i totally agree with you. even if we compare the annual budgets of NASA andISRO ,then there is a huge difference.
