Why it hurts when someone pulls over hair but not when we go for hair cut?

cuz the hair doesn't have nerves the head does under the scalp, so when someone pulls, it's not just pulling the hair, your scalp also gets pulled which crushes and squeezes some nerves causing pain, but in cutting, there is no pressure on your head, the hair is just coming off clean so no pain as no nerves were disturbed

It hurts when someone pulls over hair but not when we go for hair cut because the nerve cells are connected to root but the hair are the dead cells so it doesnt hurt when we cut them. For ex. Shearing doesnt hurt the sheep.
