why it is advisable to use pressure cooker at higher altitudes for cooking food?

At higher altitudes, it takes longer for water to reach boiling point. This means it will take longer for food to cook.

Since on heating in a pressure cooker, the pressure of heated water vapor increases, water reaches boiling point earlier than even at sea level. Because of this, time taken for food to cook is shorter.

Bcoz in higher altitudes places the air pressure is low. the pres. cooker made the inner pressure some high and food cooked well and a bit faster.
