why it is advised not to carry fountain pens while traveling in aeroplane???

The reason ink leaks during flight is because the pressure in the airplane cabin drops as you leave the ground and go up into the air. So, if you keep your pens pointed nib up while flying, this keeps the air bubble in the pens at the nib.
Or
When airborne, pressure inside cabin is low which may cause air inside the pen to expand and the expanding air will cause the ink to be pushed out. The fountain pens we usually carry around are not airtight and will cause ink to spill out.
