It is always not cool in early morning it depends upon the geography of the place for example in Rajasthan it's too hot in morning and in night it's too cool because sad heats up faster and even cools down faster that's why it's too hot in morning where's too cold in night

1. it also due to wi d speed. in morning wind speed more as compared to that in afternoom.

2. wind blow in afternoon are mostly humid winds.

3. this is also due to wind blowing direction. at some places wind are cold od other places they are hot.

4. its also bcoz of sun, the temperature of sun increases in the afternoon as compared that, in morning.
