Hey there! Hi-5, I had the same question a few months back..But after some research stuff, I came to this conclusion-
It is because of salt present in the dead sea that makes us difficult to drown.(Although I'm sure we wouldn't like to drown!)
So, actually. The salt dissolved in water makes it much more denser than normal water.it means that the water is denser than the human body which is 70%, unsalted water.
So, it is Impossible to drown in dead sea.

Good question!
as the dead sea contains more salt it's density is high! and the density of the body is less compared to the dead sea!!
this is why we can't drown in the dead sea!!
