at higher altitudes ,due to the lesser amount of oxygen in the atmosphere ,the atmosphere becomes thinner and many people and tourist who visit mountain regions while have nose bleeding and it is because the drier and thinner atmosphere makes the blood vessels burst and the blood flows rapidly because the low pressure ...

Hello, here's ur answer:-
(I have tried to explain it as lucidly as possible......)
___________________________
The atmosphere of the earth exerts a pressure on each and every object on its surface including humans. The pressure on one man's head is equal to the weight of an elephant!!!!
Now the question is why do we not feel it?
So, this is because we have blood pressure inside our body which is equal to the air pressure outside.
These two pressures cancel each other and we remain safe.
But when we reach at high altitudes, the air pressure decreases while our blood pressure remains the same and thus the blood pressure inside increases magnificently as compared to the air pressure.
This causes a rupture of our tissues and we start bleeding.
Since it depends on the air pressure, the bleeding is hard to be stopped at higher altitudes as the blood will start coming out continuously till the pressure inside becomes equal to the pressure outside.
Hope it helps you. :-)
