why it is easier to carry the same amount of water in two buckets one in each hand rather than in a single bucket? ​

Because at that time our body is doing work and we are exerting equal force to both the bucket.

Due to that we nt get any type of pressure or force in our hands.

The weight of that bucket were easily divided into two side with equal forces

it is because in the latter case centre of gravity of our body shift towards the market and there is a tendency that the line joining the centre of gravity and centre of equilibrium mein falls outside our feet hence one is stable equilibrium.
