IT IS EASY TO CUT VEGETABLES WITH SHARP SIDE OF KNIFE BECAUSE IT HAS LESS AREA.THUS WE HAVE TO APPLY LESS FORCE TO APPLY THE SAME PRESSURE ON THE VEGETABLE TO CUT IT THAN THE BLUNT SIDE .
