i) as land is limited and is a fixed asset we need to use land resources carefully

ii) excessive use of land over a long period of time leads to land degradation and renders the soil useless

iii) we should adopting techniques such as resource planning to protect the land from defforestation,overgrazing mining , quarrying etc
