in the inhale and exhale process the lungs expand and turn small respectively so the lungs can't do both at the same time

Answer:
In short, it's the ability to breathe out while breathing in at the same time. Some of you may be thinking, "How is that even possible? That seems inhuman!" In fact, you're not really breathing in and breathing out at the same time, you're pushing air out through your mouth as you're breathing in through your nose.
You can't do such as we have only one nasal passage yet we have mouth and nose with a common function of inhaling and exhaling... This nasal passage can only be used for one of the two that is either inhaling or exhaling.
