Blood examination before marriage is necessary because the person you are going to marry can have AIDS, that is Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome, due to the presence of HIV,that is Human Immunodeficiency Virus . The partner can have any other genetic disorder too.

It is very much necessary to get the blood examined before marriage to check that If there is anybody in the family of the brides carrying any genetically disease like THALASSEMIA , HAEMOPHILIA etc . Blood checking is must before the marriage .
