because. the upper soil become. unfertile. when we plough the soil the lower soil is coming and it is more fertile to sowing seeds

Plowing makes soil porus which helps watter perculate deeper and retain moisture for longer times, helps seeds to easily germinate and spread roots deep which in turn helps the plant to absorb required nutrients and moisture from the deeper parts of the soil.
