It is advised because in nose we have hairs (nostrils) which when we breathe the dust particles stick and stop there

If we breathe with mouth the dust particles withiout filtring they will go inside our body.

Hi..here is your answer:

When we breathe through our nose the dust particles can not go in lungs. Because nose hair trap them. But when we breathe through mouth then dust particles can go inside our body and can cause harmful diseases. Because hairs are not present in mouth.

So it is not advisable to breath through mouth....
