There are two main reasons for it. Two reasons are:-
1. In malls the price is fixed . Malls keep branded product which is very expensive . The malls are very big and have A.C but weekly market has nothing .
2. In weekly market there are many shops. If shopkeeper will not bargain they will move to another shop

A weekly market sells non-branded products of daily use. These are cheap and not even packaged. The prices are not fixed and therefore bargain can be done. The sellers seen here are generally small traders or hawkers who sell their goods to common people having low income.
