Drinking milk after eating meat can lead to skin discoloration, leucoderma or vertiligo – this is a common notion that we have all grown up hearing. This is an age-old theory being handed down the generations.

If you have problem with milk or if you are allergic to milk or milk intolerance problem (difficult in milk digestion). then You can’t take milk and chicken together because having these together would take much time to digest and reactions between these food can cause health problems.

Hope it helps you.
