The whole theory of management is considered as behavioural since it helps in showing the relationship of the humans that are addressed with other dimensions.
The main aspects will be, expectations, conflicts, productivity, motivation and dynamics that can give the actual insight on the behaviours of an employee. It might be different in comparison to the resources.
