Why it is written mortable in dry season on the topo sheet 45D/10

motorable in dry season indicates that the area is not suitable for vehicles in any season other than dry season......this indicates tgat the area in the toposheet receives seasonal rainfall....during rainy season that area becomes muddy or some other reason which makes it unfit to drive vehicles
