it's very simple because green plants contains cellulose or lipids b that meet or you can say animals do not contain this

Hi,

Here is your answer

For humans, anyway, the answer is that we’re not built to digest grass. Meat is made mostly out of proteins and fats with a few other components. We’re good there. We produce a variety of enzymes which do a great job of breaking those down into tiny bits and compounds our intestines can absorb.

Grass, on the other hand, is made largely of cellulose and other compounds which we are not able to digest. Indeed, it seems like pretty hard work to digest grass. The animals which do that have large, elaborate digestive systems which break down those hard-to-deal-with compounds. Their stomachs usually have multiple compartments where grass is fermented by bacteria to break it down into something the rest of the animal’s digestive system can deal with. And that’s digestive equipment we just don’t have.

Actually, humans have only one organ to digest cellulose and that is considered as the most unusable organ as we don't eat cellulose now.

sorry, I don't remember the name of the organ.

Hope it helps you

:)
