Any Fruit Has Large Amount Of Fibres Which Help In The Repair Of Muscles Tissues That Get Affected In Our Day To Day Activities Be It Gymming , Playing, Household Chores , Walking, Jogging.
An Orange Is A Source Of Vitamin C And Fibres. It Has Other Nutrients Too. When You Make Juice Of An Orange, These Fibres Are Broken Under Blending And You Only Have Is The Amount Of Sugar Which You Add In The Juice, The Natural Juice Of Sugar And Some Vitamin C .
Hence, Not Only Orange But Every Fruit Should Be Have Had As Whole Fruit Only.

it is recommended to eat whole oranges as their skin(not peel) has some vitamins and minerals which are not in its juice, drinking its juice also reduces roughage intake from it and if you buy packed juices they usually have extra sugar
