so...IUPAC depends on structure and formula.... if structure is different then even formula changes...

If the structure is different formula will change.
If compound has different Similar structure but same molecular formula they are said to be isomers.
So coming to IUPAC it depends on structure.
If structure is different IUPAC name will change surely.
