Russia has a 41 Billion dollar trade surplus, Iran has a 21 Billion dollar trade surplus and Thailand has 50 Billion trade surplus.

Japan is far more developed than india in terms of infrastructure, technology and many other factors. Japan is considered a developed country whereas India is a 'developing' country.
