In a democracy the legislature ,executive ,judiciary are three important column but it is people's govt ..the legislature and execitive are concert wity people ruling managing etc etc .but they can misuse thier power while ruling to people many people may suffer , crime occur, misguide occur .so there will be a top who can check guide rule the executive and legislature solve the people's problems .in our country India also there is a independent judiciary or Supreme Court of India .
Who guide rule give instructions to the govt who sometime take wrong decisions .sometime judiciary instruct to modify change or drop it .
if there is no independent judiciary then govt will take wrong decisions while there is no independent judiciary people may suffer misguide disappointed then the democracy may change to hilter becz if govt controll the judiciary then it becomes hilter rule .if there is no independent judiciary then there is no free media .
so we need independent judiciary .
