as the justice might be on either of victims. if the jude is partial the culprit might also win and real member will get loss.

justice should be impartial bcoz then only one can have faith in the judicial system... if justice would not be impartial then nobody would like to approach judiciary and simultaneously crime rate will also increase as criminals will be confident of getting out of the judicial hands just by giving small bribes!
