why Kelvin is only consider as si unit? why not celcius ?

Zero of Kelvin scale is absolute zero, i.e., the lowest possible temperature. There is no temperature below it, so it is ideal to figure out and compare energy.
However, we arbitrarily assume zero of celsius scale as freezing point of water.
